At Molly's Jewelers we are confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you have concerns about your merchandise, you may send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to arrange an Exchange Or Store/Website Credit. Store credit will be issued within 14 days upon receiving the item in good condition, unworn and undamaged. Please review our policies below before calling with questions or concerns.
Rings Will Be Sent sized as is. There will be an additional charge if it needs sizing to a specific size. ADJUSTED SIZED rings are not returnable.

WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN • Items which have been damaged or modified, beyond manufacturer defect • Items that are used and have the store tag removed • Custom Orders • Items altered in color or appearance due to chemicals or other environmental situations beyond our control WHAT YOU CAN RETURN • If you simply do not like your purchased item, Molly's Jewelers Offers An Exchange Or Store/Website Credit if your purchase cost within the 7 day period (WEBSITE ONLY), however we cannot assist with covering shipping cost. • We accept returns on items in new or unused condition with original tag in the condition it was shipped. • Upon receipt of a return item, we will inspect the product's condition for quality control. After the product's original condition has been verified, we will issue a store credit.
